Save the Date: NW Regional Symposium

SWANA, the Solid Waste Association of North America, is the leading professional association in the solid waste field. Our association serves over 10,000 members throughout North America, and thousands more with conferences, certifications, publications, and technical training courses.

The SWANA Pacific Chapter is honoured to host the 34th annual Northwest Regional Symposium (PNW) which will be held at the River Rock Casino Resort and Hotel in Richmond, BC on April 30, May 1 and 2, 2019. This Symposium, titled ‘Make it Happen – Make it Matter’, will attract over 200 delegates from British Columbia, the Yukon, Washington, Oregon and beyond. The PNW will examine the ground-breaking work of advancing solid waste management, inspired by both public and private sectors charting the course for the future.

The industry tradeshow will bring solid waste management exhibitors and professionals from across British Columbia, Yukon, Washington, Oregon and abroad to discuss the many changes that are occurring in our profession and the new ideas and trends that will propel us into the future. The PNW is our Chapter’s largest learning and networking event. We invite you to review the attached detailed opportunities package. These are excellent opportunities that should not be missed – we welcome your participation.
